Our next club activity is upon us!

 

What:                  Member social & Club meeting

 

When:                Tuesday, June 3rd 2025; 4:30 – 9:30PM

 

Where:               Dollar Ranch Clubhouse – we have the entire complex (inside & outside patio)

 

Food:                  Papa Murphy’s pizza, finger foods, salads, desserts

Papa Murphy’s pizza is purchased uncooked. We will bake the pizza’s in the clubhouse – there are two (2) house style ovens. The finger foods, salads, and desserts will be assigned after the attendance sign-ups closes.

 

Sign-up:             Open now until Saturday, May 31 @ 5:00PM.  Sign-up by replying to this email announcement.

Sign-up is required to determine number of pizza(s), finger foods, salads and desserts needed.

Please - indicate your preferred pizza topping in your sign-up reply. 

 

Attendees:        Bring your own plates, bowls, silverware, napkins, glasses, drinks (BYOB)

 

Agenda:             4:30 - 5:30         Facility set-up & socializing

                             5:30 – 7:00        Dinner & cleanup

                             7:00 -  ?              Club meeting

 

I’m attempting to mimic the rally format Frank (our treasurer) utilized for our recent rolling rally to Gilroy and Bautista. It was effective and inclusive. We can eat inside or on the patio – I arranged for 5 tables (seating 8 each ) in the dining room inside. 

 

I’m new at this – feel free to suggest items overlooked, and ways to improve the presentation.
