HI ALL ROADRUNNERS HEADING TO THE DURANGO RALLY:

1)I AM ATTACHING A FORM, WHICH ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT, IS YOUR FINAL COMMITMENT TO THIS RALLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FORM AND THE CHECK FOR FULL PAYMENT MUST BE BACK TO ME ASAP AND NO LATER THAT MAY 19TH. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS FORM AND PAYMENT. PLEASE REVIEW THE FORM AND CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY.

2) I WILL ASSIGN THE SITES TO EACH RIG ONCE I GET ALL PAYMENTS SO PLEASE DO NOT DELAY.  ADDITIONALLY, I AM WORKING WITH THE DURANGO STAFF TO PLACE OUR SITES AS CLOSE TOGETHER AS POSSIBLE

3) I FEEL QUITE CERTAIN THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO ADJUST OR SHORTEN YOUR STAY, WHICH A COUPLE OF YOU HAVE REQUESTED.

4) THE FIVE DAYS IS SHAPING UP NICELY, WITH A GROUP DINNER ( MENU TO FOLLOW) AFTER WE ARRIVE ON JUNE 7TH, AND THEN AN EXCITING VISIT TO THE SUN DIAL BRIDGE IN REDDING AND THE ADJACENT MUSEUM AND GARDEN OM WEDNESDAY THE 9TH. I AM ALSO PLANNING A VISIT TO AN ORGANIC LAVENDER/LOOFAH  FARM  (CORNING) ON FRIDAY THE 11TH FOR THOSE INTERESTED.

5) WE WILL ENJOY A SOCIAL HOUR TOGETHER EACH EVENING USING THE RIVER ROOM AT THE RESORT. I AM ALSO HOPING EACH OF YOU WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FREE DAYS ( TUESDAY AND THURSDAY) TO VISIT LASSEN NATIONAL PARK OR GO HIKING IN THE RED BLUFF RECREATION AREA IF INTERESTED.  HOPEFULLY THE DAYS ARE SUNNY BUT NOT TOO WARM AND THE EVENINGS COOL……..

6)I WILL BE SENDING AN INFORMAL ITINERARY FOR THE FIVE DAYS PLUS THE ROSTER AND SITE ASSIGNMENTS AT A LATER TIME. I WOULD ALSO LIKE HELP FROM SOME OF YOU  WITH EITHER A VERY SIMPLE SALAD ( A STORE BOUGHT SALAD KIT IS FINE) OR A DESSERT ( AGAIN A BAKERY MADE CHOICE IS GREAT) FOR THE FIRST NIGHT'S DINNER. I WILL BE BARBECUING CHICKEN FOR EVERYONE. ALONG WITH FRENCH BREAD AND ( WITH LUCK) YUMMY ROASTED VEGGIES.

7) ONE FINAL REQUEST: JUST LET ME KNOW ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FORM OR IN A TEXT BACK TO ME ( ASAP) IF YOU HAVE INTEREST IN VISITING THE  BRIDGE AND MUSEUM. OUR WEDNESDAY GROUP VISIT WOULD BE HALF PRICE FOR SENIORS ( SO $7.00 EACH INSTEAD OF $14.00) AND I CAN SECURE ALL THE TICKETS IN ONE TRANSACTION FOR AN EARLIER (COOLER) TIME  SLOT ON THE 9TH. I WILL HAVE YOU PAY ME DIRECTLY,  FOR THE TICKETS, AT THE RALLY.  THE SUN DIAL BRIDGE IS FREE BUT THE MUSEUM AND ARBORETUM ( WHICH REALLY SOUND WONDERFUL) REQUIRE THE $7.00 ENTRY FEE.  THERE IS LOTS OF SHADE IN THE GARDENS AND ALL MUSEUM BUILDINGS ARE AIR CONDITIONED. PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW.

Thanks for your full attention to the above items. More SITE AND ITINERARY information to follow. I look forward to a great rally—and to socializing with you in Red Bluff.

BY THE WAY, This is my first Rally Plan so bear with me… if you have questions or issues that have not been covered in the first couple of emails, just shoot me a text.
